Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for talent management systems, including Applicant Tracking, Performance Management, and Learning Management applications
  • Manage system administration, user access, process improvements, and provide technical support
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver training support as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience administering human resources systems, preferably talent management platforms
  • Ability to manage data accurately and develop process solutions in a high-volume environment
  • Experience ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards
  • Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment and advanced problem-solving
