Talent Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as the primary administrator for talent acquisition technology, the full-time remote Talent Systems Analyst will manage system configuration, user support, and process improvements for recruiting platforms, while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Avature and other talent acquisition platforms, providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting system issues
- Configure workflows, forms, and permissions to align with recruiting and operational processes, while leading system testing activities
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of the talent systems
Required qualifications
- Avature certification required; Level 4 certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- Experience administering and supporting Avature and other ATS, HRIS, or enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and experience configuring related workflows and reporting solutions
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions and process improvements
