Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee orientation, training, and mentoring for staff, while supporting performance management efforts
• Lead projects for the design and implementation of talent technology strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Five years of relevant experience, with at least two years in a leadership role
• No professional license or certifications required
• Ability to analyze performance gaps and develop solutions
• Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
