Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Team Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Talent department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar and email, ensuring effective communication and meeting logistics
- Assist with department initiatives and process improvements, tracking key projects and communications
- Support contractor community engagement and manage correspondence through the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy
- Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy
- Experience in managing online communities and leveraging LinkedIn is a plus
