Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Team Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Talent department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Director's calendar and email, ensuring effective communication and meeting logistics
  • Assist with department initiatives and process improvements, tracking key projects and communications
  • Support contractor community engagement and manage correspondence through the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy
  • Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy
  • Experience in managing online communities and leveraging LinkedIn is a plus
