Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Talent Team Leader, who will manage and recruit talent, enhance company culture, and streamline the hiring process while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve the hiring process, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
• Vet new applicants and lead onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
• Develop and implement team-bonding activities to foster a positive company culture

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management, human resources, or organizational management
• Proven ability to manage high-performance teams and ensure productivity
• Strong judgment skills in identifying qualified candidates who fit the company culture
• Availability for team calls and daily check-ins during business hours (9am-5pm EST)
• Reliable internet connection for remote work
