Job Summary

To support the Tampa Bay Roots & Shoots initiative, a remote Tampa Bay Alliance Consultant will co-create leadership strategies, assist in developing content for gatherings, and facilitate interactive sessions for environmental organizations focused on youth stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Co-create an Alliance leadership strategy to enhance management and member involvement
• Assist in agenda development and content creation for the November 8 Alliance gathering
• Facilitate a 1-2 hour interactive workshop with Alliance members at the gathering

Required qualifications

• Experience working with nonprofits, community-led organizations, or coalitions
• Familiarity with the Tampa Bay area and its environmental initiatives
• Proven ability to develop and facilitate workshops
• Strong background in strategic planning and leadership development
• Experience in project management and report writing
