Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the remote contract Tapestry Certified Claims Analyst will leverage at least 6 years of configuration experience to analyze system workflows, implement business processes, and provide user support in a healthcare-related organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and design system workflows and business processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide user support and training on information systems technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Collaborate with team members to manage multiple tasks and ensure effective decision-making

Required qualifications

• Tapestry Certification with a minimum of 6 years of configuration experience
• Bachelor's Degree in health care information technology, computer science, or a related field
• Three years of experience in a healthcare-related organization
• Proficiency in system workflow analysis and design
