Task Lead with DoD Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Task Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor staff workload and ensure tasks are completed
• Provide feedback and training to team members and assist with staff development
• Support benefit payment processing activities and assist with escalated inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Public Trust Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant work experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years, or a High School Diploma plus 6 years of relevant experience
• Currently working on the PBGC contract
• Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
