Job Summary

A company is looking for a Task Manager to support the US Department of Transportation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Helpdesk support
Coordinate with DOT Federal/Contractor teams to resolve customer Helpdesk requests
Track progress, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful task completion

Required Qualifications

Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
10+ years of Task Management experience
Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
