Job Summary
A company is looking for a Task Manager to support the US Department of Transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Helpdesk support
- Coordinate with DOT Federal/Contractor teams to resolve customer Helpdesk requests
- Track progress, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful task completion
Required Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 10+ years of Task Management experience
- Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
