Task Mining Analyst

Job Summary

Driving data-driven process discovery and optimization, the remote Task & Process Mining Analyst will analyze healthcare claims operations, deploy UiPath Process Mining tools, and develop automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure UiPath Process Mining to analyze claims workflows and identify inefficiencies
• Analyze end-to-end claims processes to quantify manual efforts and develop ROI models for automation
• Translate insights from process mining into structured automation candidates and collaborate with RPA development teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business/process analysis, with at least 2 years in healthcare claims operations
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Process Mining or equivalent tools
• Deep understanding of the healthcare claims lifecycle, including EDI transactions and denial management
• Experience with claims platforms such as Epic, Facets, or Availity
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and strong analytical skills for building ROI models
