Task Order Finance Associate

Job Summary

Task Order Finance Associate provides part-time support for financial and accounting activities related to Task Orders under the GHSC-PSM project, assisting in data analysis, financial statement production, and transaction monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and process corrections for Requisition Orders
• Assist in the production of monthly and quarterly Financial Statements
• Monitor and track financial transactions and coordinate with relevant units regarding funding levels

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Demonstrated ability to apply artificial intelligence concepts to enhance efficiency and decision-making
