Job Summary
Supporting the U.S. Department of Justice's complex litigation mission, the full-time Task Supervisor will oversee document management analysts and clerical support staff, ensuring high-quality execution of discovery, pre-trial, and trial support activities in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervises and directs Document Management Analysts, Technicians, and paralegals to accomplish litigation support tasks
- Reports on task progress to Project Supervisor or Project Manager, troubleshooting issues and performing quality control checks
- Coordinates with other contractor support staff and documents the work performed to meet contract requirements
Required qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start
- Authorized to work in the United States
- At least one year of experience on major litigation support projects
- Broad experience across various areas of litigation support, such as document centers and field discovery
- Undergraduate degree required, with substantial experience potentially substituting for degree requirements
