Job Summary

Leading a team of Tax Account Managers, the full-time Manager, Tax Account Management will oversee daily tax operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance customer relationships in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Tax Account Managers through performance management and skill development
• Oversee daily tax account management activities and ensure effective service delivery
• Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and serve as an escalation point for issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of leadership experience in a Tax Service Bureau environment
• Functional knowledge of human resources outsourcing with an emphasis on payroll, tax, and garnishments
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong tax domain knowledge and experience with Workday and OSV service platforms
