Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Account Manager to oversee customer engagement regarding tax operations and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance and maintain customer relationships through regular engagement and strategic planning
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer resources and ensure effective communication within service delivery support teams
  • Manage customer tax account escalations and resolve complex customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Maintenance and/or Managed Services and customer relationship management
  • Functional knowledge of human resources outsourcing with an emphasis on tax
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience with internal BPaaS processes and procedures is preferred
