Tax Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Accountant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze revenue and sales tax data and submit filings through AvaTax software
• Provide financial information to external auditors for income tax filings and maintain correspondence
• Assist in developing systems and processes to support compliance and improve tax workflows

Required Qualifications

• Business degree in Accounting or Tax with 3-5 years of experience
• Proficiency in balance sheet reconciliations and managing sales tax registrations
• Experience with foreign tax reports, including VAT and GST
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
