Tax Accountant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Tax Accountant will provide guidance to Financial Advisors on partnership opportunities, including eligibility, compensation, and tax considerations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 Zoom calls with Financial Advisors to review partnership eligibility and business plan modeling scenarios
• Analyze comprehensive details to provide informed advice regarding compensation, healthcare options, and retirement benefits
• Deliver world-class service by ensuring professional, accurate, and customized support to Financial Advisors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance, or relevant certifications in individual tax return preparation
• 2+ years of experience in tax-related roles, preferably involving individual and partnership tax returns
• Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive personal information
• Demonstrated expertise in providing excellent customer service and professional communication
