Tax Accountant II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Accountant II who will manage sales and use tax responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns
• Research the taxability of transactions and assist with audits
• Reconcile sales tax accounts and assist with incentive claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent relevant experience
• 2+ years of sales and use tax experience is a plus
• Experience with researching sales and use tax issues
• Familiarity with Avalara, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
