Tax Accounting Associate Director

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced tax accounting professional, the full-time remote Tax Accounting Associate Director will manage Kyndryl's global income tax provision process under ASC 740, ensuring accurate reporting across multiple jurisdictions while collaborating with various teams and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the quarterly and annual global income tax provision process, including consolidation of tax results and preparation of analyses
• Partner with regional tax managers to ensure accurate reporting of non-US tax positions and review tax provision calculations for technical accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess tax implications of business transactions and support the accounting for complex tax matters

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
• 6+ years of experience in a Big 4 firm and/or an in-house tax department
• Strong experience with ASC 740 and US multinational operations
• CPA, MST, or LLM is preferred
• Occasional travel to the Rye Brook, NY office may be required
