Tax Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the review of the quarterly and annual global income tax provision process
• Prepare and review income tax disclosures and footnotes for financial statements
• Manage and review outsourced income tax compliance for federal, state, and local filings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• 6-9+ years of corporate tax experience, including public accounting and industry experience
• Solid working knowledge of ASC 740 principles and global tax reporting
• Experience with multi-national tax operations
• Technical knowledge of US corporate income tax principles
