Tax Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Accounting Manager to join its global tax team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the review of the quarterly and annual global income tax provision process
• Support oversight of tax accounting for M&A activities and prepare income tax disclosures
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and manage outsourced income tax compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• 6-9+ years of corporate tax experience, including public accounting and industry experience
• Solid knowledge of ASC 740 principles and experience with global reporting
• Experience with multi-national tax operations and US corporate income tax principles
• Preferred: Master's in Taxation/Accounting or CPA certification
