Tax Advisory Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Advisory Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the review of corporate pre-closing income tax returns and purchase price allocations
• Coordinate the remittance of corporate pre-closing tax refunds to selling holders
• Serve as a liaison between buyer and seller parties, outside legal counsel, and tax advisors

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of related work experience, preferably in financial services or M&A
• Technologically literate and proficient with email and online platforms
• Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks concurrently
• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Litigation, and/or Tax is desired
