Job Summary

Supporting financial reporting and compliance, the part-time Tax Analyst will manage 1099 filings, assist with audits, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a remote, contract role lasting 7 months.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage financial reporting and filing for 1099 and escheatment/unclaimed property
  • Support audits, including Delaware and Oregon VDA, and document processes
  • Interact with Accounts Payable and third-party firms to troubleshoot and run pay cycles
Required qualifications
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines
  • Experience in project management and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Knowledge of accounts payable principles and processes
  • BS, BA, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
