Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote Tax Analyst with a Juris Doctor degree, the position will manage complex inquiries, adhere to project protocols, and collaborate with business partners while focusing on fraud analysis and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients through various communication methods
• Adhere to standard protocols and implement feedback from project management
• Create and update procedures for claims and correspondence teams to align with project goals

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school or a foreign law degree and LLM
• Experience in fraud analysis, compliance analysis, and conflict resolution
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle changing priorities and support business needs
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
