Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote Tax Analyst with a Juris Doctor degree, the role will manage complex inquiries, adhere to project protocols, and collaborate with business partners while leveraging experience in fraud analysis, compliance, and conflict resolution.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients through various communication methods
• Adhere to standard protocols and implement feedback from project management
• Create and update procedures for claims and correspondence teams to ensure project goals are met

Required qualifications:

• JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree with LLM
• Experience in fraud analysis, compliance analysis, conflict resolution, education, and hospitality
• Strong technical orientation with proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle changing or competing priorities to support business needs
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly
