Tax Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Associate to assist in preparing, processing, and filing tax returns for clients in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Process online filings of tax returns and Electronic Data Interchange and Electronic Funds Transfers (EDI / EFT's)
• Prepare necessary forms for filing taxes
• Provide recommendations to Tax team members on updating the filing compliance documents

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree (Preferred); High School Diploma required
• Knowledge of data manipulation, e-filing, and return preparations
• Understanding of the reconciliation process and ability to reconcile sales tax returns to source data files
• 0-2 years of experience in US Taxation
