Tax Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4 and outside tax advisors
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies
• Lead domestic tax compliance and accounting processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 10 years of progressive corporate tax experience
• Experience with ASC 740 and federal tax law
• Experience in preparing and filing U.S. consolidated income tax returns
• CPA certification preferred
