• Serve as a point of contact for team inquiries and assist in tracking productivity and audit scores
• Compile reports, conduct online research, and maintain workflow and order progress

Required Qualifications and Education

• Highly motivated individual with above-average audit scores, productivity, and attendance
• Experience or knowledge with Tax Certificate products
• No action plan in the last six months
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Willingness to work under pressure and manage tasks as delegated
