Tax Client Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist - Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tax return and extension assembly and efile services
• Provide administrative support to Tax leadership and client delivery teams
• Maintain client files and create workflows for Tax teams

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required
• Minimum of three years of operational support experience in a professional services organization preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Experience with communication/presentation platforms and preferred software such as Salesforce and Prostaff
