Tax Consulting Team Lead

Job Summary

Guiding a functional team, the full-time Consulting Services Team Lead in Tax will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality onboarding and post-production projects while mentoring junior members and resolving issues as the primary escalation point.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team with training and process updates, and coordinate project deliverables
• Mentor team members, manage performance, and lead efforts to improve processes and efficiencies
• Partner with internal teams on process improvements and participate in projects as a Service Consultant

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Four or more years of progressive experience in tax consulting, tax operations, or a related advisory role
• Expertise with Workday or other HRIS platforms
• Mentoring or leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
