Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve tax audits, appeals, and disputes with tax authorities
• Develop and implement strategies for tax controversy resolution
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals while maintaining client relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or JD preferred
• CPA, EA, or JD with an active bar license required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance or controversy
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and international tax laws
• Proven experience managing tax audits and disputes
