Tax Credit Compliance Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of Tax Credit Compliance engagements, the full-time remote Tax Credit Compliance Project Manager will manage project timelines, coordinate supplier and contractor diligence, and ensure audit-ready documentation while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of Prohibited Foreign Entity, Domestic Content, and Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship diligence projects
• Own project timelines and client-facing status updates while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Assist in developing standardized workflows and implementing AI-enabled tools for enhanced project delivery

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in tax, project finance, renewable energy, supply chain compliance, consulting, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with cost models and legal/technical documentation
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail to keep projects on track
• Clear communicator capable of synthesizing complex information for stakeholder alignment
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
