Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Data Specialist responsible for maintaining tax profile data for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for tax profile inquiries and provide excellent service to customers
• Manage cases for assigned customer teams and maintain customer tax profiles by updating internal systems
• Review payroll tax data and meet strict deadlines for reports and inquiries to support business needs

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• Payroll tax experience
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong background in multistate tax jurisdiction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience in payroll tax outsourcing is preferred
