Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tax Data Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for customers regarding tax inquiries and applications
- Maintain customer information by updating internal systems and supporting proactive customer cases
- Review and analyze Payroll Tax data on behalf of customers
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Tax
- Experience with multistate business tax registrations and/or licensing is highly desired
- Associate degree in related field preferred
- Payroll outsourcing experience preferred
