Tax Data Specialist Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the Tax Data Specialist team, the full-time remote Tax Data Specialist Lead will manage queue and escalation processes, provide subject matter expertise, and ensure high-quality tax service support for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage queue support, workload balancing, and case assignment for the team
• Assist with escalation reviews and ensure timely resolution of high-priority cases
• Provide training and guidance to team members while contributing to a collaborative work environment

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of Payroll Tax experience
• Working knowledge of multistate tax jurisdiction
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
