Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of tax provisions and ensure compliance with ASC 740
• Manage federal, state, and international tax return filings and compliance
• Develop tax planning strategies to optimize the company's effective tax rate

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax; master's degree preferred
• CPA certification is required
• 15+ years of experience in tax, focusing on US income tax, international taxes, and indirect taxes
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and global tax regulations, including cross-border transactions
• Experience managing tax provisions and financial statement disclosures in accordance with ASC 740
