Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Director with strong experience in international tax strategy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Group's tax position and implement tax strategy across multiple countries
• Build relationships with local advisers and oversee tax filings and transfer pricing
• Assist in financial planning and drive continuous process improvement in taxation matters

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of team management experience in tax compliance and advisory for multinational companies
• CPA certification is a strong plus
• Deep knowledge of international tax laws and accounting standards, focusing on the US market
• Experience managing outside counsel and tax advisors, and working with auditors
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
