Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Director to manage tax functions for a multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review year-end income tax provisions and prepare quarterly estimated tax provisions
• Manage tax audits and respond to inquiries from federal and state agencies
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate intercompany balances and maintain internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of public accounting experience or experience in a multinational corporate tax department
• Experience leading the Tax function of a multinational company with revenue exceeding $100M
• Strong background in US GAAP/ASC 740 accounting
• Technical research skills to address complex tax matters
