Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Taxation Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support tax due diligence, structuring, and modeling for corporate transactions
• Conduct technical research on tax issues and assist with compliance and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of tax reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting or in-house corporate tax experience
• In-depth understanding of U.S. federal income tax principles
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and general accounting
• Data analysis skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA preferred
