Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Filing Specialist to oversee tax filings and notice resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve payroll tax notices, including abatement requests and penalty calculations
Provide subject matter expertise for payroll tax filing and notice resolution while supporting process improvements
Compile and analyze metrics, reporting any delivery issues to management

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma with 3 years of experience in tax filing
2+ years of payroll tax filing experience
2+ years of client interaction and management experience
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and macro development
Experience with tax filing software is required
