Tax Learning Leader

Job Summary

To support the development of engaging learning programs, the full-time remote Tax Learning Leader will partner with subject matter experts to assess and create training aligned with business priorities while managing program implementation and fostering influential relationships across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Team with leaders and SMEs to prioritize content development based on emerging needs
• Conduct needs analyses to design programming that meets specific learning objectives
• Serve as program manager to deliver project goals and maintain organized project documentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of directly related experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, or Instructional Design
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and Virtual Classroom tools including Zoom and Teams
• Understanding of the ADDIE model and key principles of adult learning
