Job Summary
To support the tax department, the remote Tax Liaison will manage tax and administrative functions, assist with client communications, and facilitate document sharing while collaborating with tax professionals in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee file sharing with offshore resources and assist with NCAF preparation
- Coordinate client communications, including scheduling appointments and following up on missing documents
- Support billing functions and manage Hub reporting for Tax Leads
Required qualifications
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three or more years of relevant experience within a tax practice
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively multi-task and assess priorities
- Dependable and trustworthy contributor to the team
