Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager to join their Corporate Tax team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. tax provision process, including annual and quarterly GAAP tax provisions
• Oversee accurate and timely preparation of U.S. federal, state, and international income tax returns
• Manage external tax advisors and review deliverables related to tax matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; Master's in Tax or Accounting preferred
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in public accounting or a large corporate tax department
• Experience with ASC 740 compliance
• Hands-on experience with tax accounting and compliance tools, preferably OneSource
• Familiarity with SAP and OneStream is a plus
