Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee group tax planning and ensure compliance with fiscal laws including transfer pricing and VAT
• Coordinate with external advisors on tax due diligence for acquisitions to ensure compliance and tax efficiency
• Manage tax operations including liability calculations, tax return filings, and oversight of personnel-related tax matters

Required Qualifications

• Strong reasoning ability to solve complex problems and structure ideas effectively
• High level of ambition and a strong sense of responsibility for work
• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit and reliability
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in tax planning and compliance is preferred
