Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager - Agency Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, processing, reporting, and tax administration
• Serve as the primary liaison during agency interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee the Agency Relations Team, Data Exchange, and Agency Account Health team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or audit, preferably in an outsourced payroll or agency environment
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local income tax and unemployment tax regulations
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong influence and negotiation skills
