Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provision
Act as key reviewer in direct and indirect tax compliance processes
Research, analyze, and draft technical memoranda on various tax issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MS in Tax or C.P.A. preferred
6+ years of corporate tax experience with a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department
Understanding of ASC740 principles and federal and state tax concepts
Experience with sales and other indirect taxes
Experience in SaaS or Technology industry is a plus
