Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Associate Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff in reviewing tax adjustments and legal entity information for compliance filings
• Maintain current knowledge of federal tax law developments and ensure proper implementation within tax processes
• Oversee the preparation and compilation of annual tax returns and respond to federal tax authority audit requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Extensive experience in federal income tax compliance and tax accounting
• Strong background in generally accepted accounting principles and statutory insurance accounting
• Ability to supervise and develop team members
• Broad understanding of insurance reporting and business operations
