Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager to build and lead a tax operations function at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of tax professionals, focusing on accountability and talent development
• Set and enforce quality standards for tax operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Drive process improvements and partner cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues in tax operations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading operations or compliance teams, preferably in technology or fintech
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction payroll tax filing is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage both FTEs and contractors in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of driving process improvement and building scalable operations
• Experience with payroll platforms or tax software is a plus
