Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager in the National Tax Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced tax research and draft technical memos to support tax positions
• Perform quantitative analysis and tax modeling for entity structures and planning opportunities
• Serve as a resource for internal tax professionals on complex tax issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master's in Tax or JD is a plus
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience, including technical modeling and tax research
• Background in M&A, international tax, or ag industry experience is a plus
• Excel proficiency for modeling and analysis
• Digital fluency in tax research tools
