Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support tax planning, tax research, and special projects
• Review tax returns and make recommendations on accuracy and tax savings opportunities
• Work in areas such as individual/small business tax compliance, large corporate tax compliance and planning, tax provisions, tax research, M&A taxes, and international taxes

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA or EA certification
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Resident of the United States and eligible to work in the United States
• Preferred software experience in ProSystem, Drake, UltraTax, Axcess, CorpTax, OneSource, GoSystems, or Lacerte
