Tax Manager Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop tax staff, manage tax needs for startup clients, and assist in managing external partner relationships
• Plan, schedule, and execute client engagements, stay updated on tax law changes, and communicate with clients and tax authorities
• Assess and research tax issues, collaborate with internal teams, and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or growth technology companies with a focus on federal and state income taxes
• CPA license and/or Enrolled Agent preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting
• Deep knowledge of tax code, extensive tax compliance experience, and familiarity with R&D tax matters
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
